Packing Method:

Step 1:

We start packing using two boxes, one placed inside the other, "double-box" packing method.

Step 2:

A layer of styrofoam peanuts is placed inside both boxes.

Step 3:

The airplane is wrapped in plastic bubble wrap and tied to a large styrofoam brace to stabilize the plane inside the box. Then it is carefully nestled into the peanuts of the inner box, any loose accessories are wrapped separately.

Step 4:

The inner box is topped off with peanuts.

Step 5:

The inner box is sealed and the outer box is topped off with peanuts.

Step 6:

The outer box is sealed and ready for shipping.
